David Fringer brings 20 years of E-Rate experience to FRINDAV E-Rate Consulting. He has served as a building technology coordinator in the Omaha Public Schools, Chief Technology Officer for the Council BluffsCommunity School District in Iowa and most recently as Exective Director of Media and Technology for Green Hills AEA in Southwest Iowa. In his most recent role he assisted over 30 districts with their annual E-rate process.
